Spelling Bee
Competition Structure & Progression
The VOLKS Spelling Bee follows a multi-level competitive format, designed to challenge and uplift students through every stage:
- 1. School Level
- 2. Interschool Level
- 3. Regional Level
- 4. Interschool Level
At each level, students appear for a written test. Participants who score 60% and above, or fall within the top one-third of their category, are eligible to progress to the next level of the competition.
Awards for Students
Recognition and rewards at each competition level.
School Level
- Winners receive Winner’s Certificate and a Medal
- Qualifiers receive Commendation Certificates and Medals
- All other participants receive Participation Certificates
Interschool Level
- Winners receive Winner’s Certificate and a Medal
- Qualifiers for Regional Level receive Commendation Certificates and Medals
- All other participants receive Participation Certificates
Regional Level
- Winners receive Winner’s Certificate and a Trophy
- Qualifiers for Interschool Level receive Commendation Certificates and Medalsalong with special recognition trophies, cash prizes, and certificates of excellence.
- All other participants receive Participation Certificates
Interschool Level
- Winners receive Winner’s Certificate, Trophies, Cash Awards and Gift
- Top Finalists receive Commendation Certificates and Trophies
- Participants of Oral Phase–1 receive Certificate and Participation Medal
- All other participants receive Participation Certificates

VK Educational Solutions proudly recognizes schools that play a vital role in fostering academic excellence and supporting students throughout the Spelling Bee journey.
- 🏆 Performance Award: Awarded to schools with the highest number of student qualifiers at the District, State, and National levels.
- 🎓 Best Participation Award: Given to schools with the highest number of student enrollments at the School Level competition.
