& Awards

Step-by-Step Guide to Participate in the Spelling Bee Competition

1. Enrolment & Material Order
  • Schools will enroll students class-wise.
  • The Regional Coordinator will take orders for preparatory material based on enrolments.
2. Registration & Payment
  • Registration fees can be sent to the Head Office via Demand Draft (DD), cheque, or online transfer.
3. Self-Learning App Access for Students
  • Upon registration, every student will receive access to a mobile learning application.
  • Each contestant will be given a unique login code to explore the app and use it for self-practice and preparation.
  • All competition updates, notifications, and individual results will be available within the app for easy tracking.
4. Preparatory Material Distribution
  • All enrolled students will receive preparatory books.
  • A common date will be scheduled for the written competition in each school.
5. Written Competition

a) School level & Inter school Level

i) School level conducted at the school premises

  • • Held by the end of the first term (June – September)
  • • Date decided mutually by organizers and school authorities
  • • Answer sheets will be sent to schools through the Regional Coordinator
  • • The test will be conducted on the scheduled date at the respective school.

ii) Inter school Level also held at the school premises

• Conducted by the end of the second term (October – December) same as school level but the toppers will be announced through the National Level

b) Regional & National Level

  • • Conducted at a local common venue
  • • Scheduled between February and April
  • • Participants will be informed well in advance through their own school, official website, mobile app updates
6. Valuation & Results
  • Answer sheets will be evaluated within 10–15 days.
  • Results will be sent to the school, announced on the official website, and updated on the mobile app for each student.
7. Certificates & Recognition
  • Once results are confirmed by the school, certificates will be printed and dispatched.
  • Schools can distribute them during assembly or award functions.
8. Levels of Achievement
  • Students will be recognized under three categories: Winners, Commendation, and Participants.
  • All qualifiers and winners will receive certificates and medals.
  • Even non-qualifiers will receive a Certificate of Participation.
9. Progression to Next Levels
  • All qualifiers and winners can register for the next level of the competition.
  • The same process will repeat for all four levels of written tests.
  • Note: Separate fee and booklet for each level of written competitions.
10. National Oral Competition – Final Round
  • Top 50 contestants from each category at the Interschool Level written test qualify for the Oral Final Round.
  • Toppers will be awarded cash prizes, trophies, and certificates.
